GEO
Real Estate Intelligence & Project Finance
Public property data, project discovery, specialist review, financing pathways and the Revenue Sharing Token (RST) model.
Real-estate intelligence before financing
GEO is in active development as a real-estate intelligence and project-discovery platform. Discussions are underway to establish the arrangements needed to implement RST for suitable investment opportunities.
Public information may include land, buildings, transactions and development context where available and usable. Project owners and relevant partners can contribute additional project information, with the source and review status distinguished from public records. Data coverage, available sources and update frequency depend on the implementation.
GEO connects public property data and project discovery with specialist review, financing pathways and project-specific investment and revenue structures. Its starting point is the information needed to understand a property or project—not an assumption that every opportunity should become a loan or a token.
From information to a project discussion
Organizing these inputs can support exploration, comparison and the identification of matters requiring further review. A discovered opportunity is not automatically a verified asset or a suitable investment.
For a project taken forward, the relevant participants would clarify the project entity, documented rights, development stage, intended use of funds and specialist evidence. The DEMORA Asset Record connects that information and its review history within the wider infrastructure framework. GEO provides the project and user-facing context.
Specialist participation
Developers and project owners contribute project information. Appraisal, rights, trust, financial and other professional participants contribute within their own roles and agreed scope. The framework is intended to keep those contributions identifiable rather than presenting GEO or DEMORA as the sole decision-maker for every specialist task.
Bridge-financing discussions
A project may need short-term funding around site acquisition, preparation or a later milestone. GEO is intended to help organize the information for discussion with specialist financing participants.
A financing arrangement would require an identified borrower and funding provider, agreed use of funds, appropriate review and project-specific terms. Disbursement, repayment and any follow-on financing would be governed by those arrangements. The platform description is not an approval of funding or a commitment to lend.
Revenue Sharing Token and project-specific rights
RST stands for Revenue Sharing Token. Under the proposed model, capital raised in stablecoins would be directed through a general partner (GP) to an asset manager for investment in underlying assets and projects. Revenue generated by those investments would be shared with token holders under product-specific terms. Investment targets, participation rights and distribution terms would be defined for each product. A special-purpose vehicle (SPV) may be used where appropriate to the project’s structure.
Project revenue and distributable cash flow are not interchangeable. Project costs, financing obligations and the agreed rights would determine what, if anything, is available for distribution. This brief does not define a fixed return, repayment guarantee or a standardized token offer.
Distinct pathways and next discussions
Bridge Finance and RST may be considered separately or together where appropriate. Not every bridge-financing discussion leads to RST, and not every GEO project requires tokenization.
Discussions may concern property data, project discovery, development opportunities, specialist review or financing and structuring collaboration. An initial inquiry can describe the project location, current stage and discussion objective. Follow-up correspondence is handled by email; any further documentation would be agreed with the relevant participants.
