Executive Brief

DEMORA
RWA Infrastructure & Oracle

The company framework, Asset Record, Oracle role and market applications.

ONLINE EDITIONDEMORA
01 / DEMORA

A common framework. A world of assets.

DEMORA is building infrastructure that connects real-world assets and their associated rights with digital markets.

Demora Foundation operates the DEMORA website and is responsible for business inquiries and contracting.

The DEMORA Asset Record provides a common data foundation for verification, asset structuring and market integration, including tokenization where appropriate.

Strategic minerals and real estate are the first market applications being developed around this framework—not the limit of its intended scope.

More than a token. A record of what stands behind it.

An asset’s description, inspection evidence, rights documents and transaction updates can come from different participants. Connecting those records requires context: who provided the information, what was reviewed and what remains unresolved.

DEMORA is building a common framework to connect that information with market workflows.

Current Focus

DEMORA is at an early stage, with its infrastructure and market applications under discussion. Current discussions focus on the common Asset Record and Oracle framework, alongside market workflows for strategic minerals and real-estate projects. The interactive record on this website is an illustrative concept preview.

This website presents DEMORA’s framework, illustrative Asset Records and business briefs. Contact DEMORA to discuss a proposed application or collaboration.

Long-term direction

DEMORA’s priority is to develop market applications first. Its longer-term goal is a dedicated blockchain mainnet.

02 / INFRASTRUCTURE

From assets to markets.

Four connected functions organize the information and responsibilities needed to consider an asset’s market pathway. They describe a common framework, not an automatic approval process.

Asset Data
Assemble asset identity, source documents, declared rights and relevant transaction or project information in a common record. Output: Structured inputs.
Verification
Record who reviewed each item, what was checked, when it was reviewed and what remains unresolved. Output: Scoped review history.
Structuring
Connect an eligible asset’s documented rights with the relevant partners and contractual or project structures, including tokenization where appropriate. Output: Asset-specific structuring pathways.
Market Connectivity
Prepare structured asset information for authorized trading, financing, settlement and digital integrations, with relevant updates linked to the record. Output: Integration-ready records.

A structured asset record that connects evidence, documented rights, review scope and relevant updates.

Following scoped review, relevant pathways may include physical trade, financing, a special-purpose vehicle (SPV), tokenization, settlement or external systems. SPV formation and tokenization are optional; the appropriate pathway depends on the asset, rights and participating parties. Delivery, repayment and changes in rights can create further record updates.

03 / RWA ORACLE

Evidence needs context.

DEMORA’s RWA Oracle is being designed to make asset records, review scopes and update histories usable by authorized market and digital systems. DEMORA is the wider infrastructure business; neither the record nor the Oracle replaces the responsibilities of specialist reviewers.

Proposed integration model

  1. Source evidence
  2. Scoped review
  3. Asset record
  4. Authorized integrations

An integration needs more than a status flag. Relevant outputs can include evidence references, review scope, unresolved items and the history of material updates.

Inputs

Inputs may include asset identity, rights-related documents, inspection or appraisal evidence, custody information and relevant transaction or project events.

Review and context

The framework is intended to connect each item to its source, reviewer, review scope, outcome and timestamp, while keeping unresolved questions visible.

Outputs and users

Authorized users could include institutional trading systems, project-finance reviewers, tokenization infrastructure and data services. The intended output is scoped asset information—not an unconditional certification of an asset.

Changes over time

A record needs to distinguish a new submission from a new confirmation. The framework is being designed to retain references to updates, corrections, ageing evidence and conflicting information so that a later user can understand the context of a review.

Access and on-chain integration

The intended integration model distinguishes source documents from the scoped information referenced by digital systems. Document access, delivery methods and any on-chain references depend on the agreed implementation and permissions. Recording a reference does not expand the scope of the underlying review.

04 / ASSET RECORD

A record with visible boundaries.

Six areas organize a record without collapsing different kinds of evidence into a single approval:

Asset Identity
The asset and its defining context.
Evidence
Each item’s source, provider, reviewer, scope, outcome and unresolved questions.
Rights & Structure
Documented rights and applicable arrangements, including open questions.
Verification Status
Item-specific status. Confirmation applies only within the stated review scope.
Lifecycle
Submissions, reviews and material changes. A new timestamp is not a new confirmation.
Provenance
The origins and review history of the information.

Reading the concept examples

The interactive record uses illustrative data, not actual DEMORA holdings or completed asset verification. A commodity sample assessment does not establish ownership or delivery rights. An appraisal-report review identifies assumptions rather than confirming property value or title. Reconciled servicing entries do not prove collectability, and a technical review does not confirm operational performance or concession rights.

Financial Asset and Infrastructure examples illustrate the framework’s breadth; they do not announce additional operating markets.

05 / MARKET APPLICATIONS

One infrastructure. Different workflows.

Strategic Minerals

The initial material focus is Antimony and Platinum Group Metals (PGM). PSM directly handles physical supply and trading for the strategic-minerals application. PSM intends to engage DEMORA to develop and operate SMAP, the planned institutional business-to-business (B2B) platform. Contractual responsibilities and rights remain to be agreed. The record is intended to connect inspection, warehousing and rights evidence with contract, payment, release and delivery updates.

Fiat and stablecoin settlement pathways are being evaluated. An asset-linked token would separately require defined rights, an issuer, custody arrangements and transfer or delivery terms.

Real Estate

GEO is being developed around public property data, project information, intelligence and discovery. A discovered opportunity still requires specialist assessment. Bridge Finance concerns project-specific funding discussions; RST concerns potential investment and revenue arrangements. They are distinct, optional pathways. Project costs, financing obligations and agreed rights determine any distributable cash flow.

06 / PARTNER NETWORK

Connected expertise.

In this proposed participation model, DEMORA connects information and review history. Specialist partners contribute reviews and arrangements within their own scope.

Asset & Project Partners
Provide asset information, project context and supporting rights documentation.
Verification Partners
Contribute specialist reviews with an identified source, scope and outcome.
Financial & Settlement Partners
Evaluate relevant records for asset-specific financing, transaction and settlement arrangements.
Market & Data Integrators
Use authorized asset information and relevant updates within their own workflows.

These are functional roles, not a list of contracted partners. DEMORA’s intended contribution is the common data and verification framework; specialist responsibilities and market arrangements depend on the relevant agreements.

07 / CONTACT

Partnership Discussions

DEMORA welcomes discussions about bringing asset information into a common record, contributing specialist reviews, designing market workflows and integrating scoped information into financial or digital systems.

Start with the asset or project context and the intended collaboration. Business inquiries and follow-up correspondence are handled by email. The contact form prepares an email draft in your email app; it does not submit a message to a DEMORA server.
