Market applications

One Infrastructure.
Multiple Real-World Markets.

Strategic minerals and real estate are the first market applications being developed around this framework—not the limit of its intended scope. DEMORA is at an early stage, with its infrastructure and market applications under discussion.

01 / MARKET APPLICATION

Strategic Minerals

Connecting strategic-mineral supply with evidence, contract terms, payment status and delivery records for institutional trade.

PSMSMAP
PSM
PSM directly handles physical supply and trading for the strategic-minerals application.
SMAP
The planned business-to-business (B2B) platform for institutional transaction workflows. PSM intends to engage DEMORA to develop and operate SMAP; the arrangement remains under discussion.
DEMORA
The intended SMAP development and operating role, together with the common data and verification framework. Contractual responsibilities and rights remain to be agreed.
Specialist participants
Inspection, warehousing, legal, financial and settlement roles depend on the counterparties and agreements for each transaction.

From inquiry to delivery

Proposed workflow

Buyer inquiry
Identify the material, intended use, approximate quantity and delivery requirements.
Specification and terms
Establish the relevant specification, evidence requirements and proposed commercial terms.
Evidence and rights review
Connect inspection, warehousing and rights-related documents to the relevant asset record.
Contract
Define the agreed obligations, payment requirements and conditions for release or delivery.
Payment and release conditions
Record payment status and the checks required before release; payment alone does not imply that every delivery condition is satisfied.
Delivery and record updates
Link release, delivery and agreed acceptance records back to the transaction.

Settlement considerations

Fiat and stablecoin settlement pathways are being evaluated for the proposed workflow. The available payment method, counterparties and release conditions would be established for each transaction.

Preparing settlement liquidity, making a buyer payment, paying a supplier and issuing an asset-linked token are separate processes. A payment currency does not itself define rights to the mineral asset.

Physical trade and tokenized rights are different pathways.

In a physical transaction, the contract defines the material, payment and delivery obligations. A tokenized pathway would additionally require a clearly defined link between the token, the relevant asset and the rights available to its holder.

For eligible warehoused assets, special-purpose vehicle (SPV) and tokenization structures are being explored. The issuer, custody arrangements, transfer restrictions and any delivery or redemption rights would need to be defined in the applicable documents.

This is a proposed workflow. The sequence and responsibilities depend on the contract; the steps do not describe an automated service already in operation.

Discuss material requirements, supply opportunities, inspection and warehousing participation, or trade-system integration.

Real Estate

GEO is being developed to combine public real-estate data with project information for intelligence and project discovery. Selected opportunities can then be considered for specialist review and suitable financing or asset-structuring pathways.

GEORST
GEO
Public real-estate data, project information, intelligence, project discovery and the market interface.
RST
A working framework for investment and revenue arrangements being considered for eligible real-estate projects.
Bridge Finance
A financing pathway involving specialist financial partners.

From public data to project discovery

Proposed workflow

Public data
Land, building, transaction, planning and other relevant property information where available and usable.
Project information
Information supplied by project owners or relevant partners, with its source and review status distinguished from public records.
Intelligence
Organizing information to support exploration, comparison and the identification of questions requiring specialist review.
Project discovery
Identifying opportunities for further assessment; discovery is not a confirmation of investment suitability.
Specialist review
Relevant rights, appraisal, development, trust, financial or other professional inputs, according to the project.
Financing or structuring
Considering suitable project-specific pathways after the relevant information and responsibilities are defined.

Connecting project information with financing discussions.

Some projects may require short-term funding around site acquisition, preparation or another development milestone. GEO is intended to help organize project information and connect suitable opportunities with specialist financing participants.

Any financing would require an identified borrower and funding provider, an agreed use of funds, appropriate review and project-specific terms. Disbursement, repayment and any follow-on financing would depend on those arrangements.

Project-specific investment and revenue structures.

RST is the working framework for investment and revenue arrangements being considered for eligible real-estate projects. The relevant project entity, contractual rights, use of proceeds and any distribution arrangements would be defined for each project.

Project revenue is not automatically the amount available to participants. Applicable project costs, financing obligations and the agreed rights would determine any distributable cash flow.

A special-purpose vehicle (SPV) may be used where suitable for a project’s structure. It is not a requirement for every project.

  1. 1. Project
  2. 2. Relevant entity and agreements
  3. 3. Defined participation rights
  4. 4. Use of funds
  5. 5. Project cash flows
  6. 6. Distributions under the agreed terms

Bridge financing and RST are distinct pathways. They may be considered separately or together where suitable; neither is a mandatory next step for every GEO project.

Discuss property data, a development project, specialist review, or a potential financing or structuring collaboration.
